RideGenZ Terms of Use By using RideGenZ you agree to these terms. RideGenZ is operated by RideGenZ and connects customers with independent vendors and delivery partners. - Orders: menus, prices and availability are set by vendors. The bill shown before you place an order (items, fees, taxes, discounts) is the amount you pay. - Cancellations: you can cancel free of charge until the vendor accepts your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible. - Payments and refunds: online payments are processed by our payment partners. Refunds for cancelled or rejected paid orders are returned to the original payment method or your wallet as described in the Refund Policy. - Conduct: do not misuse the service, place fake orders or abuse vendor or delivery staff. We may suspend accounts that do. - Liability: vendors are responsible for the products they sell.
